Free tracked UK delivery.

Every order placed on thriftx.co.uk comes with free tracked delivery to a UK address. There is no minimum spend, and the price you see is the price you pay.

Everything in one order is packed and sent together in one parcel.

We pack and post within 1 working day of your payment (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders paid at the weekend go out on Monday.

We send with a tracked UK courier. Most parcels arrive 2 to 5 working days after they are posted.

As soon as your parcel is booked, the tracking number appears on your order page and in your account.

We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We don't currently send to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or outside the UK.

Parcels to the Scottish Highlands and islands can take a day or two longer.

If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email support@thriftx.co.uk with your order number (it starts with TX-). For damage, a photo of the item and packaging helps.

We will chase the courier for you and, if the parcel is lost or the item arrived damaged, send a replacement where we have one or refund you in full.

Items bought through our eBay store are posted the same way, and the postage shown on the eBay listing applies.
