30-day returns.

You can return anything bought on thriftx.co.uk within 30 days of the day it arrives, for any reason. This is longer than the 14 days the law requires.

Send it back in the condition you received it, with any accessories, manuals and packaging that came with it. You can open and check an item as you would in a shop; if it has been used beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

For a change-of-mind return, the return postage is yours to pay. We recommend a tracked service, because the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we put it right at our cost. We send you a prepaid return label, and you choose a full refund or, where we have one, a replacement.

This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Within 30 days of delivery you can reject a faulty item for a full refund. After that you are still entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Act.

1. Email support@thriftx.co.uk with your order number (TX-...) and which item you are returning. Tell us if it is faulty or not as described.
2. We reply with our returns address, or with a prepaid label if the return is on us.
3. Pack the item securely and send it within 14 days of telling us.

We refund to the card you paid with within 14 days of getting the item back, and usually much sooner. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

If only part of an order comes back, we refund those items. Delivery was free, so there is no delivery charge to refund or deduct.

For health and hygiene reasons, we can't accept a change-of-mind return on items that arrived sealed for hygiene (such as earrings, personal care items or underwear) once the seal has been broken. If one of these items is faulty, the faulty-item terms above still apply.

Orders placed through our eBay store are returned through eBay's own returns process, under the return terms shown on the listing and the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
